Shannon Ingrey is a seasoned business executive with over 15 years of global experience in management, marketing, sales, and operations. With her strong communication skills and ability to engage at all levels within an organization, she has successfully led major business transformations and established businesses in new regions. Having been through five M&A executions on both sides, Shannon is results-driven and focused on customer success. Her vast professional history includes a range of commercial retail positions at Game Retail Ltd. and several leadership positions at Franchise Entertainment Group. She later served as the Online Business Manager and then General Manager of Business Operations at Elan Media Partners, which was later acquired by Franchise Entertainment Group. She then moved on to serve as the General Manager of Oracle + Bronto, a position she held until she became the Chief Revenue Officer at Shippit. She currently serves as Vice President & General Manager, APAC at BigCommerce, a leading e-commerce platform.
