Shannon Hamilton

Shannon Hamilton is a seasoned project management professional with over 14 years of experience, specializing in assisting businesses of various sizes in enhancing their operations through the implementation of innovative software programs and processes.

As the former Senior Program Manager and head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Fenway Group, Shannon demonstrated expertise in system enhancements, support, reporting, and training while fostering cross-functional team relationships to introduce new, successful approaches.

Shannon is well-versed in project management, business analysis, business transformation, continuous improvement, strategic planning & analysis, Scrum, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SQL, Atlassian tools, and Microsoft Products.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys supporting his sons in sports, exploring culinary creations, and nurturing a passion for travel.

Shannon is currently expanding his skills by pursuing the Google IT Automation with Python Professional Certification, expected to be completed by October 2020. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver.
