Shannon James Fohn

Shannon Fohn is a highly accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background. She obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a BBA and BS in Finance and Agribusiness from Texas A&M University.

With an impressive career trajectory, Shannon has held various significant roles in reputable organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Merchandising and Operations Transactions at Whole Foods Market.

Prior to her current position, Shannon Fohn held the role of Senior Counsel at Green Mountain Energy Company, Senior Corporate Attorney at Temple-Inland, and Associate Attorney at Richie & Gueringer, PC. She also gained valuable experience as a Staff Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP and as the General Counsel/Policy and Budget Analyst at the Texas Senate.
