Shannon D. Fletcher, MBA

Shannon Fletcher is a motivated executive with extensive experience in the areas of education, policy, and fundraising. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Government from University of Texas at Austin, and has pursued further education in Fundraising from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Her passion for social change led her to serve as Executive Director for several non-profit organizations, including Generation Hope Laptop Program and D.R.E.A.M Alive. She has also worked as the Public Affairs Director at National Ms Society. Shannon has a keen eye for detail and has demonstrated her ability to successfully manage complex projects in her role as the Chief of Staff at Tarrant County. Her service and contributions to education and social change have been invaluable.
