Manager, Talent Strategy, Operations, & Programs

o Supervise a team of recruiters to manage on campus and community recruiting activities; provide leadership and guidance to ensure their success; completes performance appraisals and evaluates overall performance of team; set goals and objectives; motivates, mentors and coaches individuals, fostering a team environment.

o Design and manage the campus and community recruiting strategy and advertising based on a 3-5 year workforce plan and the level of investment regarding time, money, and sponsorship which includes a focus on diverse candidates 

o Manage the internship program in partnership with each business units’ operational team to recruit and provide meaningful internship experiences with the goal to convert to full-time employment; build and enhance internship program to become a best in class experience

Manager, University Relations & Campus Recruiting 

o Independently build, manage, and execute the summer internship program (41 interns/900+ applicants) by strategically determining roles, identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates — conduct full cycle recruiting for internship candidates 

o Create and facilitate intern training sessions, roundtables, weekly events, evaluations, exit interviews, and employment offers; conduct manager training, new-hire and intern onboarding

o Develop and manage all campus (undergraduate/graduate) recruiting operations and strategy, arrange information sessions with campus-based organizations and educators,  and market the internship program for target Colorado schools

o Schedule and conduct interviews, represent Zayo at career fairs, networking events,  and entrepreneurial community-related events to promote Zayo as an employer of choice,  increase brand awareness, and develop the talent pipeline 

o Build, develop, and maintain relationships with target candidates, all levels of employees, hiring managers, executive leadership, as well as key centers of influence including university officials, clubs, organizations, faculty members, department heads and local organizations

o Research, develop, and execute company strategies for employee engagement, programs, and perks,  community-focused initiatives, and local university to foster exceptional relationships with all partners

o Manage and coordinate with internal and external individuals to plan and execute large-scale events, community activities, and internal employee events; track all community, employee, and university engagement initiatives and events from inception to completion

o Coordinate with executives and product groups to ensure active presence within community/industry related events

o	Sourced, developed, and maintained partnerships with local organizations in Dublin to create internship experiences for clients in their elective field

o	Manage all aspects of written and verbal client communication and customer service including advising on program options, expectations, and developments to peers, students, parents, faculty, overseas staff and on-site host supervisors by articulating program details and methods

o	Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including domestic and international staff to create materials for partners, students, host sites, and internal communications
