Her area of focus includes consultation on new product development, launch, customer journey, claims substantiation, and brand performance optimization. She has a proven track record of delivering above industry satisfaction scores while surpassing revenue and profit targets.
Shannon completed her high school at LC Bird before pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Market Research from Clemson University - College of Business and Behavioral Science. Further, she pursued an MBA from Meredith College, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to lead teams to success.
Over the years, Shannon has held various executive-level positions in several organizations. Currently, she serves as the Strategic Development lead at Schlesinger Group. Before this, she worked as a Client Officer, Senior Vice President (Innovation & Client Programs), Vice President, Director, Senior Research Manager, and Senior Project Director in Ipsos and The NPD Group. Her extensive experience working for these organizations has equipped her with a broad knowledge base in strategic development, client servicing, and project management.
