Shannon hired over 60 people within a year with specific SaaS and 'eRA Software experience all while utilizing organic sourcing techniques, LI job postings as well as personal and employee referrals 
She saved the company over 1.5 million in recruiting fees and eliminated agency usage 100% for all Engineering/Director level positions.
She was the Greenhouse Administrator and full site user which consisted of negotiating new annual contracts, adding/deleting users, running reports for Executives showing all data related to the steps in the recruitment process. 
Shannon created a job description library under each Executive/Hiring Manager which expedited the process for managers when the need for a backfill/new addition was presented.  This process also included branding and editing job descriptions for ease of having consistency for job postings.

Shannon worked in a high-visibility full lifecycle recruiting role which included sourcing, screening, and hiring high performing candidates for pre/post sales and delivery roles across Sirius’s Digital practice, with a focus on DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, Security, IAM and senior level corporate roles as well as Federal Government consultants. 
She provided guidance to non-senior recruiters and served as the company’s Lead recruiter for the Digital, Data, Security and DevOps practice and prepared weekly recruiting pipeline reports and/or other reports as requested by management.

She built excellent candidate/manager relationships ensuring the experience was a positive one on both sides and she received excellent feedback via email and slack. In addition, she built a strong level of trust and focused on consistently getting great referrals/hires from the people she interviewed and were subsequently hired.

Shannon developed and executed sourcing strategies to focus on WIT, URM and passive candidates with over a 65% response rate on LI. 
Shannon fully prepared candidates for interviews, tracked candidates through the process with ICIMS and interviewed over 1100 candidates that she added to the database and presented to other recruiters for their roles as well. Used Workday and Tableau to track metrics and pull reports and provided tracking spreadsheets that provided managers with data on sourcing efforts, reach outs, interview stage and offers extended and rejected with reasons why.

Successfully hired 6 people within my first 3 months for positions that had been open 6 months to a year with a total of 10 hires before COVID with 5 more offers that had to be put on hold
