Shanna Crutchfield

Shanna Crutchfield has been appointed as the Community Outreach Program Manager for Vanir Construction Management's Pacific Northwest office. Vanir is a nationally recognized full-service program, project, and construction management firm. In her new role, Crutchfield will lead and implement community outreach and engagement and contracting equity strategies for capital projects across the Pacific Northwest region. She will work closely with project and construction managers and clients to develop inclusive outreach and engagement efforts for communities and small, disadvantaged, minority and women-owned businesses. Prior to joining Vanir, she served as the Race and Social Justice Program Manager and Strategic Advisor at Seattle City Light. Her strengths include developing strategies for equity goals, establishing relationships across different groups, conflict resolution, and community building. Crutchfield is a graduate of Antioch University Seattle with a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Management Plus Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seattle Central College.
