Shankar Ganesh is an accomplished Product Manager with a passion for solving user problems and an eye for great design. With over five years of experience at Freshworks, he has run product for Freshdesk's mobile and web apps with an awesome team. Previously, he did PR for Freshworks, elevating the company's branding through offline events, and securing coverage in major publications like The Next Web, Entrepreneur.com, KISSmetrics, Mixergy, and plenty more. Before joining Freshworks, Shankar interned at Zoho and ran his own blog, Killer Tech Tips, which received over a hundred thousand page views per month. His work at MakeUseOf.com, Lifehacker, Problogger, How-To Geek, and other popular blogs have featured his writing. Shankar studied Computer Science, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at St. Thomas Matriculation And Higher Secondary School and earned a B. Tech. in Information Technology at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. Currently, Shankar works as a Product Manager at Rippling, where he gets to continue solving real problems for users with his team.
