Currently serving as the Managing Director at McGill Productions, Shane is also a Co-founder and partner in multiple thriving ventures where he still provides guidance and expertise.

One of his notable achievements includes an acclaimed partnership with Samsung, specializing in mobile phones and wearable devices in the greater Manchester and Midlands region.

In the beauty industry, Shane co-founded Prestige, an award-winning salon recognized as one of the top independent salons in the UK, earning accolades for its exceptional hair services and social media presence.

Additionally, Shane ventured into the sports and leisure sector with Kaizen Academy, a prominent fitness facility with professionals competing across Europe; under his leadership, Kaizen Academy grew to become one of the largest Mixed Martial Arts Academies in the UK before Shane's successful exit in January 2018 after reaching a milestone of 200 members.

Shane Ogley's educational background includes studying at Our Lady's Catholic High School.
