Shane Maddocks

Shane Maddocks is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles within the social service sector.

He holds a Company Directors Course certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master of Policy and Administration degree from Flinders University, and a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) degree from the University of South Australia.

Additionally, Shane has completed the Red Cross Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School.

Throughout his career, Shane has held prominent positions including Chief Executive Officer at ac.care, Director Board Of Directors at Child and Family Focus SA (CAFFSA), Council Member at Anglicare Australia Council, and Member at SACOSS Policy Council.

His previous roles also include National Lead in Stronger Communities, National Coordinator in Community Development, Manager of Migration Support Programs, Manager of Youth and Family Programs at the Australian Red Cross, and Manager of Family Home Visiting Implementation at the Children, Youth and Women's Health Service within the SA Government.
