As a co-founder of Knight Crawford, a commercial real estate investment firm, Shane specializes in unlocking value through the adaptive re-use transformation of underutilized buildings.

He serves as the General Partner of KC Securities LP, an alternative investment manager that oversees private credit and private equity real estate strategies.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Shane is involved in investing in early-stage companies through the venture investor Brydge Capital and lower-middle market businesses through Business Succession Partners.
