forms, telephone, or other routes, within the predetermined timeframes.
-Pass qualified prospects to sales teams using pre-established qualification criteria and collaborate
to ensure a smooth handoff
-Track and manage prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing activities within customer relationship
management solution, and manage authenticity of data routed into the system
-Generate, develop and nurture new business opportunities via outbound calling, email, social media, and other ways by introducing the JAMF Software solution to appropriate buyers within
the target markets
-Work closely with others in the marketing organization as well as the business development, sales,
and other delivery teams to drive accountable lifts in revenue

-Provide overall customer service that continually improves the customers’ existing experience as
