He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at the Flow Research Collective, a role in which he provides strategic guidance and oversees operations. Prior to this, Shane founded Lifestyleengineering, where he applied his expertise to help individuals optimize their lifestyle for maximum productivity and fulfillment.

Before his role at Lifestyleengineering, Shane held positions at the Flow Research Collective as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. He also worked at Invisible Technologies, Inc., where he served as the Chief Product Officer, Director of Product, and Product Manager. In these roles, he played a key role in driving product development and growth strategies.

Shane's technical skills and experience extend beyond leadership positions. He has worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Health IQ, contributing to the development of software solutions. He was also the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Bond Labs, where he played a crucial role in building and developing technology products.
