As the Co-Founder and COO of ZenBusiness, I define the vision, manage the P&L, and direct the operations that ensure our platform successfully supports entrepreneurs with services that enable them to start, run, and grow their businesses. I participate in all board meetings and am fortunate to have led the organization through exponential customer growth, from 0 to 375K, and our team, from 0 to 400+, much of which occurred during a global pandemic. 
I am particularly proud of our people-centric focus that enables us to foster a corporate culture of inclusivity and exceed customer expectations and acquisition targets. From technology and legal to finance and HR, and every department in between, I ensure financial and operational integrity on behalf of our customers, team members, and key stakeholders.
Additional notable achievements include:
     -Playing a key role in Series A, B, and C financing rounds, recently securing $205M at a $1.7B valuation.
     -Architecting dashboards to track KPIs and creating a data warehouse that expertly facilitates decision-making and due diligence through fundraising rounds.
     -Achieving an NPS rating of 65+ and overall review rating of 4.7 by building an optimal customer experience and products people want to use and recommend.

In 2015 I assumed the role of Global Vice President, Technology at HomeAway where I spearheaded and scaled IT systems globally with a focus on continued upgrades to systems and infrastructure in advance of and through the 2015 acquisition by Expedia. I oversaw a $20M budget, directed a team of 120 staff, supported 20+ acquired companies into the HomeAway platform, and directed integration initiatives post-acquisition. 
Prior to these expanded responsibilities, I enjoyed a progressively responsible career history beginning as a Data Architect, employee number 35. Over the course of my HomeAway career, I had the privilege of leading data, infrastructure, and engineering solutions and products built to power this international vacation rental marketplace trailblazer. Areas of expertise included data engineering, data science and analytics, ERP / CRM systems, and BI tools.
Additional selected contributions include:
     -Supporting the 2011 IPO by refining compliance and revenue reporting processes.
     -Strengthening finance and human resources functions with significantly improved data quality and reporting by directing the implementation of Oracle ERP.
     -Providing a holistic view of the company and consistent reporting at the brand level by designing and implementing a centralized data warehouse, ETLs, and data tracking.
