She has served as a dedicated board member and community volunteer for organizations specializing in youth, transportation, disabilities, leadership, aging, and homelessness.

Shana Ellis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems/Business and a Master of Public Administration, both from Arizona State University.

Her extensive professional experience includes roles such as Executive Director at Action Nexus, Vice President of Programs and Services at Area Agency on Aging, and President/CEO at TCH The Centers for Habilitation.

Additionally, Shana has held positions in well-known organizations like Southwest Gas Corporation and the City of Tempe, where she served as a City Council Member.
