•	Oversee $4 billion alternative equity investments, including private equity, real assets, and real estate. 
•	Conduct manager searches, perform due diligence, negotiate terms, and prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee (IC) and Board of Trustees. Additionally, contribute to legal negotiations to ensure successful closings.
•	Manage a portfolio of over 30 general partners (GPs) and 100 funds, handling quarterly reporting and GP requests, and fulfilling LPAC duties. Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with current and prospective GPs. Develop comprehensive investment strategies and pacing plans for private equity, real assets, and real estate. 
•	Grew the PE portfolio (Buyout, VC, and Growth Capital) from $400 million in 2010 to $2 billion now, while consistently delivering strong returns since 2011.
•	Source and evaluate co-investment opportunities and committed about $350 million in more than 20 co-investments since 2010. 
•	Established several Separated Management Accounts (SMAs) for unique opportunities in Asia PE, Real Assets/Real Estates, secondary and co-investments to streamline the process and to improve efficiency. 
•	Managed the Trust’s U.S. and non-U.S. public equity portfolios between 2013 and 2015, and between 2018 and 2021. Kept asset allocation targets and managed a Russell 3000 portable alpha program using futures and hedge funds.  
•	Collaborate with several consultants on due diligence, manager selection, and portfolio management. Lead and mentor a four-person team.
•	Between 2008 and 2011, successfully managed a $1.2 billion fixed income portfolio and a $600 million credit opportunities portfolio. Utilized general guidelines from the investment committee and CIO to determine the precise tactical mix within each portfolio.
