Currently serving as the Director of the Preparing Future Faculty program at Claremont Graduate University, Shamini specializes in preparing graduate students for roles as teacher-scholars in academia and beyond.

Throughout her career, Shamini has been actively involved in various capacities, from serving as a director and faculty member at educational institutions to working as a consultant and facilitator in diverse settings.

Her extensive experience also includes roles like Co-Editor at The STEAM Journal, Writing Center Coordinator, Communications and Management Consultant, and Director of Curriculum, reflecting her multifaceted skills in communication, education, and arts integration.
