Shakil Mohammed is an accomplished screenwriting professional with a strong background in curriculum coordination, writing and directing short films, and managing archival film projects. He holds a certificate in Filmmaking from the highly esteemed National Film & Television School and has since held several key leadership roles within the industry. Shakil is a former course leader, archive project leader, and curriculum coordination manager at the National Film & Television School, as well as a former senior coordinator and library assistant. Additionally, he has lent his creative writing skills to several notable projects, including "White Paint," "Munafiq," "Stan the Man," and "Underbelly." Shakil has also participated in international screenwriting workshops, most prominently serving as central organizer for the Regards Croises workshop. Throughout his career, Shakil has earned a reputation as an innovative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for storytelling.
