Shaina Doar

Shaina Morphew Doar is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in business management, policy, and urban development. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has studied at the University of Notre Dame. Shaina has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the Interim CEO and Co-Head of Urban Systems at Sidewalk Labs. She has also been a Board Member at the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals, Director of Policy and Innovation at Sidewalk Labs, and Chief of Staff for the Mayor's Economic Council in Chicago. Prior to these positions, she worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a Venture Lab Associate at Merrick Ventures, and a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company.
