Shaïna Besse

Shaïna Besse is an experienced and highly skilled professional who has a diverse background in project management, entrepreneurship, and communication. She attended both the Université montpellier III and the Université de Savoie where she studied Gestion/Négociation de Projets Internationaux (Project Management/Negotiation) and Langues Etrangères Appliquées Commerce International (Applied Foreign Languages and International Business). She began her career at the Merck Group as a summer employee and has since held a series of leadership roles in various organizations.

Shaïna was the co-founder and president at Startups Interaction, where she worked to support and advise start-up companies. She also co-organized the Startup Weekend Montpellier and was a coordinator for Capital Innovation, a business development organization. Additionally, Shaïna was an administrative assistant at the Studio-104 in London and an assistant in communication and event planning at the Gallery Gora in Montreal.

Currently, Shaïna works as the responsible for the incubator Ionis361 in Montpellier, an incubator that provides resources and support to start-ups. She has also applied her skills and expertise to NOVEA - Innovation & Performance as an assistant in business development.

Shaïna's extensive background in project management, entrepreneurship, and communication has prepared her to be a valuable asset to any organization. Her experience in start-up advising and event planning make her an excellent candidate for management-oriented positions, while her communication skills and international business background make her a great fit for companies with a global reach.
