In her professional journey, Shaily has held key roles at Pratham Education Foundation, including Senior Program Manager, Programme Manager, and Program Associate - Technology, showcasing her commitment to child education and overall well-being.

Prior to her work at Pratham, Shaily gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer at Aricent and as an Intern at NTPC, enriching her perspective and skills.
