Shailesh Solanki

Shailesh Solanki is a dedicated professional with a strong belief in teamwork and creativity as key elements for problem-solving and achieving greatness. In June 2010, he founded R2R Tronics, a company focusing on innovative solutions.

Before establishing R2R Tronics, Shailesh gained valuable experience as a trading partner for international trade companies, specializing in copper & metal minerals and communication products geared towards the digital market.

His educational background includes a BSc. Hons. in Computing from De Montfort University and studies at Judgemeadow C C.

Over the course of his career, Shailesh has held key positions such as Agency Owner at R2R Tronics, Data Analyst at BT, and Systems Support at 3M Electronic Monitoring Ltd.
