Shai Hershkovich

Shai Hershkovich is an award-winning entrepreneur and CEO of allerguard, a pioneering company in the field of food allergens airborne detection technology. With extensive experience in both business development and technology, Shai has worked in a variety of companies, including Teva Pharmaceuticals and Tower Semiconductor, and co-founded several successful startups, such as Nanolyst-Technologies and TUBEX NRG Ltd.
