Shai Dubey

Shai Dubey is an accomplished academic and legal professional with a diverse background in business law, education, and aviation.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Commerce from the University of Toronto, an LL.B. from Queen's University, and has studied AFT Aviation at Seneca College.

Currently, Shai Dubey serves as an Assistant Professor and Distinguished Faculty Fellow of Business Law at Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Previously, he held various key roles at Smith School of Business, including Director of the MBA Program and Academic Director of the Masters of International Business Program.

Shai Dubey has also worked as a Lawyer at reputable firms such as Cunningham Swan Carty Little & Bonham LLP and Templeman Menninga LLP.

His experience extends to leadership positions, having been the Director at Kingston Economic Development Corporation and served on the board of Quicklaw Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary.

In the academic realm, Shai Dubey was the Director of Cornell-Queen's EMBA program and has taught at the university level, bringing a unique blend of practical experience and theoretical knowledge.

His legal expertise was honed through roles at various law firms where he worked on a diverse range of cases and dealt with corporate matters.

Shai Dubey's professional journey also includes a stint as the President of Siblink Enterprises Inc. and Chief Pilot at both O'Tooles Food Group and Spatial Concepts International Inc., where he also managed flight operations and construction projects.

Furthermore, he founded and led AirOne/Harbour Air as the President, Chief Flying Instructor, and Captain, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and aviation proficiency.
