Shahid Salam is a dedicated, highly ambitious, self-motivated, and venturous IT professional with 7 years of experience in IT consulting, QA, and SCRUM. He holds certifications as a system administrator in ServiceNow, ITIL Foundation V3, and QA foundation level. Shahid holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a B.E. in Information Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
