Shahid MINHAS is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Food Technologist at the World Food Programme (WFP), the food-assistance branch of the United Nations and the world's largest humanitarian organization combating hunger and promoting food security. With a passion for helping those in need, Shahid works tirelessly to provide food assistance to approximately 80 million individuals across 75 countries annually.
Shahid MINHAS's educational journey is marked by a strong focus on food science and management. He pursued his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with a concentration in Food Science, at the University Of Agriculture in Faisalabad. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Master of Science in Management from the University Of Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan. Through his academic background, Shahid has equipped himself with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his role at the WFP.
