Shaherose Charania, an experienced and accomplished entrepreneur, is now leading the investment team at Nike's incubator, Valiant Labs. With a focus on supporting startups through their fundraising and 0 to 1 journey, Charania has been an active member of the startup ecosystem for several years.

Before her role at Nike, Charania was the founder and CEO of Women 2.0, a global startup ecosystem and Founder Labs, the industry's first Lean Startup Incubator. She has worked in product management and marketing across three venture-backed startups, gaining expertise in these areas.

Charania studied Business Administration at Ivey Business School at Western University and Management Information Systems, General at Simon Fraser University.
