Shahar Botzer

Shahar Botzer is a dedicated Changemaker, Entrepreneur, Investor, and Mentor with a mission-driven approach. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 'Good Company VC', a visionary early-stage VC fund, Shahar focuses on investing in software-centric technologies addressing global challenges such as the Future of work, Digital health, Future of energy, Circular economy, and Agriculture. Prior to this role, Shahar served as the Managing Partner at 2B-Community, a prominent Impact venture capital fund in Israel, where he led investments in companies focusing on the future of work, well-being, and inclusion. Alongside his investment activities, Shahar also played a crucial role in establishing 2B-Hub, a shared workspace for tech startups.

Shahar has a diverse background that includes leadership positions in both business and social sectors. He served as the Chairman of Issta Lines, a publicly traded holding company, the chairman of Walla Tours, an Online travel agency, and the chairman of JobTov, a Placement and Outsourcing company. Additionally, Shahar has been the CEO of the Israeli Actors Guild and the Chairman of the Students Union at Tel-Aviv University. He pursued his education with a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and participated in the Impact Investing Program at the University of Oxford. He was recognized by 'Globes' as one of Israel's most promising business leaders under 40 in 2017.
