Sha Hua

Sha Hua is an accomplished professional with a strong background in mobile network architecture, application networking, and multimedia delivery.

She has vast experience in proposing and prototyping new system designs, problem solving, algorithm designs, performance optimization, and working with intellectual property rights (IPRs).

Her expertise extends to machine learning and ubiquitous computing, showcasing a diverse skill set.

Sha Hua boasts excellent hands-on programming skills in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, JAVA, and various script languages.

Her project experience includes Android development, sockets, multi-threading, learning models, sensors, and distributed systems.

She pursued her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at New York University, building a strong academic foundation.

Prior to her doctoral studies, she completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Information Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Her educational journey began at Wuhan Foreign Languages School in high school, emphasizing a well-rounded educational background.

Sha Hua has held key roles in prestigious organizations, including the positions of Engineering Manager (Machine Learning) at Meta and Engineering Manager II at Uber.

Her experience also includes being a Senior Research Engineer at Qualcomm Research and Research Intern at top research institutions like Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, Technicolor Corporate Research, and Thomson Corporate Research.

She has also contributed significantly as a PhD Graduate Student Researcher at New York University's Tandon School of Engineering.
