Severin Hämmerl is a highly accomplished and well-educated individual with a passion for empowering others. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a Master of Science degree in the same field. Additionally, Hämmerl has studied financial modeling and valuation, e-commerce, and social entrepreneurship. He has also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme.

Hämmerl's professional experience includes working as an Associate and Manager at Next47, where he seeks to identify unexploited resources to empower others socio-economically or medically. In his previous roles, he served as the Business and Operations Manager at Transformational Business Network, an Explorer of East Africa's Social Impact Space at Life, and the Clinical Operations Manager at SEIRATHERM GmbH.

Hämmerl also has substantial experience as an Engineer, Intern, and Research Assistant. He worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Debiotech SA after studying for his Master's thesis. He also served as a Medical Student Engineer and R&D Engineer at SEIRATHERM GmbH and Krauss Maffei Technologies GmbH, respectively. Hämmerl started his professional journey as a Paramedic at the Fire and Rescue Station in Wermelskirchen.
