Seth Wilks

Seth Wilks is a highly accomplished tax expert with extensive experience in solving complex tax issues across various industries. With a degree in general studies and accounting background, Wilks pursued a master's in accounting with a focus on tax from Brigham Young University. Prior to this, he held leadership roles in several organizations, including Black Diamond Equipment and Fender Musical Instruments, where he implemented tax strategies that led to significant improvements in the companies' tax efficiency.

Wilks is also the Director of SME & Gov't Relations at TaxBit, where he has helped clients navigate complex tax regulations concerning cryptocurrency. Additionally, he co-founded ProfitStance, a crypto tax and accounting platform, where he served as the CFO & EVP Tax. He has also worked as a Tax Consultant & LEED-AP at Ernst & Young, where he helped clients stay compliant with changing tax laws.
