Seth Starr

Seth Starr is a Founding Partner at Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP (FLSV), a prominent accounting and tax advisory firm. He has over 35 years of experience in the field, specializing in Personal Tax Services and Wealth Management Estate Financial Planning. His expertise encompasses tax consulting, income and estate tax planning, compliance services, and representation before tax authorities for a diverse clientele that includes high-net-worth individuals, investment managers, and entrepreneurs.123

Before co-founding FLSV in 1995, Starr held significant positions at Morgan Stanley as Vice President and Tax Director of the Individual Tax Group, and at Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax Manager. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and holds both Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.23

Starr's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University.
