Seth Shuldiner

Seth Shuldiner is a Co-Founder and Partner at SaaS Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on seed and seed+ stage investments in B2B enterprise technology. He has nearly a decade of experience in venture capital and startup operations, where he is primarily involved in sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.12

Education and Early Career

Seth earned his MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he served as the portfolio manager for the Smith School Global Equity Fund. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College, majoring in Business with a minor in Mandarin Chinese.24

Before co-founding SaaS Ventures in 2017, Seth managed the Dingman Angels, the University of Maryland's angel investor group, and worked as a Principal at the Momentum Fund. His early career included a role as an analyst at a $120 million early-stage technology fund and experience with Community Analytics, an angel-backed startup focused on marketing technology.125

At SaaS Ventures, Seth collaborates closely with his co-founders, focusing on investments in various sectors including Web3, AI, and enterprise technologies. His investment range typically spans from $100,000 to $5 million, with a sweet spot around $1.5 million.34
