Serhiy Kharytonov has a long and impressive career in the IT industry, spanning over three decades. He started as a software developer and progressed to top-level strategic and visionary positions, such as CEO, CTO, and CIO. His portfolio includes expertise in various processes and methodologies, from Waterfall/RUP and Agile/SCRUM/Kanban/Lean to ITIL and BPM consulting. Kharytonov's recent focus has been on optimizing operational processes, building IT org-structures, financial effectiveness, budgeting, and strategic management decisions. He also possesses considerable experience in emerging technologies like blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, ML, DL, DS, and Big Data for large enterprises in retail, telecom, and banking.
