Sergiu Cătălin Petrea is a lecturer at "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism, where he teaches Basics of Architectural Design and Ecology and Technology in Contemporary Architecture. With a Ph.D. in Emergency Architecture and a Master's in Advanced Design Methods, he has become a leading expert in sustainable architectural design and energy-efficient planning. He has also been actively involved in researching urban regeneration strategies and the impact of poverty on the built environment.
