Sergio Tascon is a seasoned financial and strategic consultant who has spent over 10 years working in corporate planning and investment banking. Through his experience, he has developed a unique expertise in helping companies optimize their economic resources by providing financial planning, restructuring, and advisory services. Tascon has proven his leadership and team-player skills, able to lead multidisciplinary groups to accomplish goals.

Tascon holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and has completed a French language and literature course from Université catholique de Lyon. Throughout his professional journey, he has held several finance management roles at 3M, overseeing the Health Care Business Group in Colombia and the Andean Region. He co-founded Insurgentes SAS and founded Ad Hoc SAS, growing these businesses into successful models.

Tascon has an exceptional ability to create intangible-asset-backed debt mechanisms and structure new enterprises from inception. His pursuit of real-world experience has allowed him to acquire various abilities that he can apply to solve new challenges.
