Sérgio Matos

Sérgio Matos is a Solutions Architect at Fidelidade Seguros, based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.1 He is described as pragmatic and enthusiastic, with a focus on finding the best solutions within available time constraints.1 Matos has been working at Fidelidade since June 2009, initially as a Consultant for 9 years and 4 months before transitioning to his current role as Solutions Architect in September 2018.1

Matos holds a Licenciatura in Computadores e Sistemas from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, which he completed between 1997 and 2002.1 He has also obtained a certification in "Estratégias para se tornar um grande comunicador" from Academia Fale Menos Comunique Mais in July 2020.1

Throughout his career, Matos has gained extensive experience in software development, project management, and client assistance, particularly in the insurance industry.1
