Sergio Freire is a seasoned lawyer specializing in commercial law with a diverse range of expertise in areas such as general commercial, corporations, insolvency, equity and trusts, property, and banking and finance.

Prior to joining the bar, Sergio worked as a commercial litigation solicitor for over 12 years, notably at Ashurst Australia in Melbourne (2002-2012) and previously at Allens in Brisbane (2000-2002), gaining extensive experience in the field.

Sergio Freire holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) from the University of Queensland, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in the legal field.
