Sergio de Carvalho

Sérgio de Carvalho is the founding partner and CEO of QV1000, a boutique firm specialized in providing consultancy services for the sale and valuation of medium-sized companies. With a strong background in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Finance, Sergio is also the author of the book 'Qual o Valor da Sua Empresa?' and a recognized speaker.

Sérgio pursued his education by studying Economics at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro for his undergraduate degree, followed by post-graduate studies in Economics and Accounting at Universidade Candido Mendes, an MBA in Administration and Finance at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and a Master's degree in Economics from Universidade Candido Mendes.

Beyond his role at QV1000, Sérgio has held positions as a speaker at DVW Comunicações, Director of Consultancy at LEXBRIDGE, and as a Professor for MBA courses at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
