Sergey Yeltsin

Sergey Yeltsin is a highly qualified mid-level .NET developer with almost five years of professional experience in complex web services development using various tools and methodologies. He possesses a solid background in computer science, mathematics, and physics, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sergey also has experience managing startups, allowing him to identify business objectives and establish requirements.

Sergey attended Ural State Technical University, where he studied postgraduate Computer Science and received a 5/5 rating. He then went on to earn his master's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics and Innovative Project Management at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT), receiving a 9/10 for both degrees.
