Sergey Kubyshko

Sergey Kubyshko is a skilled professional with a diverse educational background in business, psychology, and marketing. He holds an MBA-Intensive from PwC Academy, completed a Venture Capital Executive Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and studied psychological counseling and diagnostics at the Institute of Applied Psychology. Additionally, he received a diploma with honors in Marketing from the Faculty of Management at Higher School of Economics, State University in Moscow, Russia.

Throughout his career, Sergey has held key positions in prominent organizations. He previously served as the Head of the Russian venture capital investors development program at The Russian venture company, where he played a crucial role in driving venture capital initiatives in Russia. Prior to that, he was the Director of the Clients Business Development Center at Gazprombank, showcasing his expertise in client relationship management and business development. Sergey also served as the Deputy Executive Director for operations at the Russian Managers Association, demonstrating his operational leadership skills.
