Full financial management & oversight of global ecommerce technology services provider (part of SysIQ/Astound/Amaze group of companies). Established legal structure and operations support of the group from the ground up. Directly managed US and international finance & accounting teams, handled tax aspects of company operations including intercompany service contracts, dealt with international transfer pricing issues; provided administrative oversight of newly established software development center in EU. Implemented company annual budgets and FP&A process. Left to start own retail and agency businesses.

SysIQ with its staff of 600+ IT developers provided professional engineering services to the US and Western Europe retailers and commerce service providers like GSI Commerce (eBay Enterprise), Arvato, and others. The company got restructured into what is now known as Astound Commerce for reasons that don't belong to LinkedIn : )

As member of senior management team, handled all aspects of efficiently running local subsidiary in the midst of corporate restructuring during global financial crisis of 2008.
