Serge Tarkovski is a software developer with a wealth of experience in web development spanning over 8 years, with particular expertise in Python for 6 years. His primary focus lies in backends, API servers, complex web systems, and web-based user interfaces.

Serge pursued his studies in Specialist, Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the prestigious National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.

With a rich professional background, Serge has held the position of Senior Software Engineering at AllyO, a company specializing in AI Recruiter solutions. Prior to this, he contributed his Python skills to various organizations including Svitla Systems, Inc., GetGoing, Inc., SMTP.com, Ciklum, Softengi, Softheme, Rainboo, Totem, and Frontex where he worked on diverse projects as a Python developer and a PHP developer.
