As a Manager of the Startup Partner Development Team (PDM), Serge plays a critical role in driving the startup partnership strategy and execution for the  Infrastructure (Developer Tools, Data & Analytics, Storage, AI/ML, etc.) partnerships with VC backed startups. He leads a team of dedicated PDMs and PDRs (longtail) who are responsible for developing ISV startup partners by leveraging programmatic resources to achieve their goals of building, marketing, and selling their solutions with AWS. Through his leadership and guidance, Serge is instrumental in guiding startups on their journey to reach escape velocity!

Serge, an expert in AWS ISVs, was tasked with developing a high volume of partners' enablement and go-to-market requests. To achieve this, he focused on developing a joint pipeline with partners. Through his sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills, Serge was able to identify, enable, and qualify high-value partners that not only drove revenue but also delivered best-in-class solutions for AWS customers. Serge's collaborative approach was critical to his success.
