Serge Noukoue is a determined individual with a passion for unleashing Africa's potential and promoting African stories on the global stage.

He has an extensive background in the film industry, having launched a reputable film festival, managed film and series acquisitions for a major Pan-African broadcaster, and led the Business Development Department of a leading content distribution company in Africa.

Serge's expertise lies in content creation and distribution, with additional skills in Project Management, Event Management, PR, Marketing Strategy, and production.

He holds a Master's degree in International Management of Cultural Projects from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and a Bachelor's degree in English & Economics from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.

Throughout his career, Serge has held key roles in various organizations such as the French Embassy in Kenya, COTE OUEST, Le Monde, Canal Overseas, Festival SERIES MANIA, Nollywood Week, Canal France International, BASIC LEAD, and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

His diverse experience includes positions like Film & Media Attaché, Business Development Manager, Freelance Contributor, Head of Acquisitions, Consultant, Co-founder & Executive Director, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Journalist, and Communications Assistant.
