He has a strong focus on dental marketing and patient communication, notably in RevenueWell, and provides sophisticated operational solutions for prominent tennis and fitness facilities through ventures like Club Automation. With a proven track record of delivering innovative and revenue-generating results, Serge has earned a reputation for delighting customers across diverse industries. His expertise encompasses product management, business process design, analysis and strategy, partnerships, negotiations, UI, and UX.

Educationally, Serge Longin pursued a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and further expanded his academic horizons at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Adlai E. Stevenson High School, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he studied Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
