Serena Winner

Serena Winner is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Studio Director and Operations Leader for the Commercial Office Buildings and HQs Studio at Gensler's Los Angeles office. A LEED AP since 2008, Serena has been involved in over 50 institutional, educational, and office projects, overseeing all phases of project delivery from entitlement to construction administration. Her proactive and involved leadership style sets her apart and ensures that she delivers the highest quality design and documents with the highest level of service to clients. Serena is also dedicated to sustainable design and helps clients understand how it can benefit their business.

In addition to her work at Gensler, Serena has held positions at other top architecture firms such as DLR Group WWCOT and Johnson Fain. She also has experience as a real estate loan officer and as the owner of Winner Realty. Serena holds a degree in architecture from the University of Southern California and has also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Serena's extensive expertise in project management, sustainable design, and client relations make her an invaluable asset to any project. Her notable work includes serving as the Senior Project Manager for the Hyundai Motor America HQ, a 500,000 SF North American HQ office campus in Orange County.
