Serena Wedlich is a distinguished Senior Associate at CBRE, specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Southeast Valley and Sky Harbor Airport submarkets.

With a focus on quality over quantity, Serena, in collaboration with Evan Koplan, offers top-tier service to developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.

Before transitioning to brokerage services, Serena excelled as a Real Estate Manager at CBRE Asset Services, overseeing a vast portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties.

Throughout her career, Serena has been recognized for her contributions and achievements, earning accolades such as NAIOP Developing Leader's Young Professional Mentorship Program Award Winner in 2016-2017 and CBRE Sales Assistant of the Year in 2016.

Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Trinity International University.
