Serafima Shumeeva is a highly accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. She holds a Bachelor's degree in HR management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and a Postgraduate degree in HR management from Humber College. Shumeeva is currently the Head of Recruitment & Adaptation at Skyeng, where she has worked previously as a Recruitment Team Lead and Recruiter. She also has experience as a Graduate Recruitment Intern and Employer Branding Intern at PwC and as a Junior Recruitment Specialist at Lamoda Group.

Throughout her career, Shumeeva has gained exceptional skills in all areas of HR recruitment and sourcing, such as talent management, candidate assessments, employer branding, and employee relations. She is also a team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver exceptional results. As Head of Recruitment & Adaptation at Skyeng, Shumeeva is in charge of managing the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to onboarding new hires.
